Over time, road surfaces can develop damage and deteriorate. Repair and asphalt overlay operations are typically carried out to preserve road quality and prevent injury. The execution of repair, maintenance, and resurfacing operations for expressways within the eastern zone bordering Chamran has been designed and planned for this purpose.
To achieve this goal, the project’s implementation includes the transportation of asphalt to the project site within the Tehran area from the factory gate and the distribution and compaction of the asphalt. Paz Construction Company carries out these operations.

The Tehran-Firuzkuh route is one of the major transportation routes connecting the city of Tehran to northern Iran, mainly the Mazandaran province. Due to the high traffic volume on the Haraz route, heavy vehicles, including trucks and trailers, use the Tehran-Firuzkuh route as an alternative. Therefore, the maintenance and improvement of this route are of great importance.
Following an inspection carried out on the project, along with the esteemed client, sections of the route that require milling and patching have been addressed, and an asphalt overlay is being applied to the entire length of the way in both directions.
